The hotel's location is fantastic, with two shopping complexes on either side and a short walk to the nearest tram station. It's also conveniently close to the beach and all the attractions in Surfers Paradise.

The only downside we encountered at this hotel was the cleanliness. It would be great if the management could improve the sanitary conditions of the facility.

Great value for money .... common areas could do with a spruce up but always clean. Good sized apartments that are well equipped.

The staff was really nice! Its a great location and close to the beach.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a holiday apartment located just a short walk away from the beach and several excellent restaurants. the location was ideal, as I could easily enjoy the sand and surf whenever I wanted. the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. there were bus stops nearby, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area.

I did notice that some areas of the apartment could benefit from a bit of maintenance and a spring clean.

Value for money in great location half way between Broadbeach and Cavill Ave, 100mtrs to the beach and a great surf club 200mtrs away. 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, ensuite and laundry/shower, and a large loungeroom. Has a heated pool with lots of lounges, and a good BBQ.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. It is a short walk from the beach and a pleasant stroll to Surfers Paradise.

Had a great Christmas break at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all major shopping centers. the hotel was also an easy walk to the beach and public transport. the room was clean and spacious, with all necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. Loved the friendly staff who were always available to help with any queries.

The lack of free wifi, which was a bit of a letdown. there was no lift which made it a challenge to carry our luggage up to the top floor.

Could hear next door noises very easily and quite disturbing especially in the mornings.

Location is near Surfers Paradise. Equipped with washing machine, dress dryer machine, oven and kitchen. Exactly cater for family with young children.

This hotel had a great location, close to the tram, beach, and restaurants. It was convenient to take the kids to the beach and explore everything this city has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and covered parking.

We liked the price and the Unit was clean and comfortable and well equipped and in quiet location although central. Staff were helpful. Definately staying there again.

The only thing i can think of is i wish there had been an actual spa rather than one combined with the pool, a seperate spa wouldve been so wonderful

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions in Surfers Paradise. It's close to the tramline and just a short distance from the casino and the beach. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. They were attentive to our needs and listened to our concerns. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the air-conditioning, were up to par. It made our stay comfortable, especially during the hot weather. The prices at this hotel are worth the value for money. We got a good deal for an enjoyable stay.
